Hilary was really wonderful and the experience was overall very relaxing. However, we lost internet connection midway through the process. If I was in a hypnotic state initially, I lost it when I opened my eyes wondering why Hilary had stopped communicating. We were reconnected before too long but perhaps it would have been best to verbally lead me back into a hypnotic state. I felt having opened my eyes brought me back to a more "normal" condition losing the deeper sense of hypnosis.

Hilary was great! I was a little nervous about being able to feel comfortable enough to do this with a stranger as I have PTSD, but Hilary's energy was very gentle and nurturing. I found some answers to the questions I've had! Nice experience!

My experience with Hilary at SOM Hypnosis was an extremely positive and beneficial one. I went into the experience with an open mind and no particular goals other than general reduction of anxiety and mood swings. What I got was a new perspective on the purpose of Life, and deeper Healing that I had not anticipated. By re-watching times in life wherein I had strong negative emotions through, ultimately, the eyes of my Higher Self, I experienced a much-needed permanent shift in perspective and understanding. Because of that, I was surprised at what past fears I was actually willing to finally face.
Though I still feel strong emotions and ride those waves like everyone else, I can feel just that little bit further into the “why” and tend to rebound much faster, and ruminate much less than before.
Lastly, I discovered that our place of sub consciousness, of meditation, of hypnosis, is really not very far away. I don’t think I had ever really sensed a time when I wasn’t thinking in some level. With Hilary, I could distinctly feel those times when I want thinking, but still experiencing. Hard to describe, but we’ll worth the effort. Highly recommend ☺️
